About
Inner Mastery Hub
Inner Mastery Hub was created to support people who want to understand themselves more deeply, regulate their emotions, and create meaningful inner change.
I’m a trauma-informed coach with training through NICABM‘s Treating Trauma Master Series and 10 NBCC-approved continuing education clock hours in trauma treatment. Psychological First Aid – Johns Hopkins University. My work is informed by trauma-sensitive principles, nervous system awareness, emotional regulation, mindfulness, attachment, and self-compassion.
At Inner Mastery Hub, I believe growth happens when people feel safe, respected, and supported at their own pace. My approach is not about forcing change or “fixing” you. It is about helping you build awareness, reconnect with your inner strengths, and develop practical tools for navigating stress, overwhelm, self-doubt, burnout, and life transitions.
My coaching is educational and supportive. It is not a replacement for therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment. If you are experiencing severe trauma symptoms, crisis, or clinical mental health concerns, I encourage you to work with a licensed mental health professional.
Inner Mastery Hub is a space for reflection, resilience, healing-informed growth, and deeper connection to who you truly are.
