About Mehwish Qurayshi | Founder of Inner Mastery Hub

Hi, I’m Mehwish Qurayshi, founder of Inner Mastery Hub.

I created Inner Mastery Hub to help people better understand their emotions, heal unhealthy emotional patterns, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.

My work focuses on trauma-informed coaching, emotional regulation, nervous system awareness, attachment, self-compassion, mindfulness, and personal growth. My goal is to make psychological concepts easier to understand so people can apply them in everyday life with greater confidence and self-awareness.

I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe, understood, and supported—not pressured or judged. Rather than offering quick fixes, I aim to provide practical, research-informed guidance that encourages lasting emotional growth.

My Approach

My coaching is rooted in trauma-informed principles and focuses on helping people:

  • Understand emotional patterns and triggers
  • Develop emotional regulation skills
  • Build nervous system awareness
  • Strengthen self-compassion
  • Improve relationships and communication
  • Reduce overthinking and emotional overwhelm
  • Build resilience during stressful life transitions

My role is to educate, support, and encourage self-awareness while respecting each person’s unique experiences and pace of growth.

Professional Training & Continuing Education

My professional development includes training from recognized educational and professional organizations, including:

I continue to study current research in psychology, trauma recovery, emotional regulation, and neuroscience to ensure the educational content on Inner Mastery Hub reflects evidence-informed practices.

While psychology continues to evolve, I strive to present information that is balanced, compassionate, and supported by credible sources.

Coaching & Support

My coaching is educational and supportive. It is designed to help people develop greater emotional awareness, understand behavioral patterns, and build healthier coping strategies.

Coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, or medical care. If you are experiencing severe trauma symptoms, significant emotional distress, or a mental health crisis, I encourage you to seek support from a licensed mental health professional or healthcare provider.
